  • A Unique Experience: Before your session you will receive a digital form to complete. This is so I can tailor the aromatherapies and crystals used in the sessions specifically for your needs and goals. Resulting in a fully unique experience.

  • Practical Mindfulness Techniques: I will share practical mindfulness techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and cultivate a positive mindset.

  • Energy Healing: Through the power of Reiki and Crystals, I will help you release energetic blockages and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. You will experience a deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.

  • Transformational Insights: Our conversation and oracle card pull will provide you with valuable insights and perspectives that will enable you to see your challenges from a new angle. You will gain clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.

  • Aftercare & Support: After your session you will receive a photograph of the oracle card you pulled, notes about the essential oil and crystals used and a check-in message from myself the following day.
